What to have ready
- The address, or at least the ZIP code and whether it is inside city limits
- What is going in: household items, drywall, shingles, concrete, yard waste
- Roughly how much, in rooms, pickup loads or roof squares
- Where the container would sit, and anything overhead
- The day you want it and how long you need it
None of it is required, but each answer makes the quote closer to the final bill. A photo of the driveway taken from the street helps with placement and can be sent after the call.
What happens when you call
The number on this site reaches us, not a national call centre. If the question can be answered on the phone, such as which size fits a kitchen or whether concrete can go in with the rest, it will be. If you want a container, your request goes to one local dumpster company that covers your address, and they confirm the size, the price and the delivery day with you directly.
Best time to call
Weekday mornings. Delivery days are usually planned the afternoon before and the morning of, so a morning call has the best chance of next-day or even same-day delivery. October and November are the busiest months; book a few days ahead then.
Calls are recorded
You will hear a short announcement before the call connects saying the call may be recorded. Recordings exist so the details of a booking are not misremembered later. If you would rather not be recorded, use the form and the reply will come by phone or text in the same way.

Yes. Ask for the size, the included tons and days, and the extra charges, and decide afterwards.
